Journey Essentials (Hyannis)

This Journey Essentials sessions will focus on Daisy and Brownie level Girl Scouts. Learn how to facilitate the Girl Scout Leadership Experience with your group of Girl Scout Daisies or Girl Scout Brownies. Daisy level volunteers will find ways to help their girls learn the Promise and Law through fun and informative activities. Brownie level volunteers will find ways to take action and make a difference in their community. Both Daisy and Brownie level volunteers will discover the ease of meeting planning through an in-depth look at the national program resources, including Journeys and the Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting. Also covered in this session: troop management, age-level characteristics, behavior management tips, earned awards and recognitions, and council-sponsored programs and resources.
