Leadership Essentials (Waltham)

By participating in this course particants will learn how to effectively facilitate the new Girl Scout Leadership and explore resources to support its delivery including new grade level journeys, accompanying Adult Guides and use of existing program materials and badge books. Participants will learn how to facilitate Girl Scout troop meetings and activities so they are girl-led, cooperative learning and learn-by-doing. Participants will also learn about their own leadership style, how it impacts girls and their volunteer colleagues
