    Congratulations to Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts' top cookie seller, Emmie Oliver, 12 years old, of Reading, Mass. Emmie is a Cadette, who sold 4,351 boxes of Girl Scouts cookies. With the money she earned, her troop is taking a trip to New York City in May, she will also put some of the proceeds towards the expense of her Silver Award project.
