Our organization will be governed by a democratic process that ensures the two-way flow of communication between the governance body -- the Board and delegates -- and the girls, volunteers and parents we serve. Our governance will be based on a strong partnership between the Board of Directors and the CEO, a mutually beneficial dialogue with Delegates and the trust of our membership. To guide our governance in the start-up of our new council, we have elected this Board and Nominating Committee and established a plan for election of delegates.
