  • ABOUT CAMP

    Camp Virginia has it all! Every camper explores a variety of outdoor activities, like swimming, canoeing, cooking, nature trails and hiking. There is plenty of indoor space including a meeting hall, a nature cabin, arts & crafts center and pavilions. Camp Virginia has a playfield, nature trail, and 65 acres to explore.

    Hours of Operation: 9:00am – 4:00pm
    Extended Care available 7:30am – 9:00am ($10) and 4:00pm – 6:00pm ($15)

  • Typical Day

    Each day girls begin with an opening Flag Ceremony and singing. Girl Scouts then proceed to enjoy fun activities which include arts & crafts, swimming, fun sports, and working on various Girl Scout badges and patches.   • About the Director

    Aimee Oteri has been directing Camp Virginia for seven years. During the school year, Aimee is currently on the faculty of North Andover High School. In her free time she enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with her husband and four year-old son.

    Camp Virginia

    Directions:
    Camp Virginia is located on Route 85 in Bolton, 2 1/2 miles north of Hudson, on the right. From the intersection of Route 117 and 85, camp is located on the left, 1/2 mile south on Route 85.

  • What to Bring to Camp

    Each day campers need to bring a small backpack that they can easily carry with the following: a non-perishable Girl Scout Backpacklunch, drink, water bottle, bathing suit and towel. All items must be labeled with the camper's first and last name. Girls should wear play clothes, socks and sneakers each day, sunscreen, lip balm and insect repellent. If inclement weather is predicted, please bring a rain coat and/or a sweatshirt. For safety reasons campers should not wear sandals, flip flops, crocs or heeleez. Visit the Girl Scout Shop for camping essentials!
