Pet Care and Veterinary Science (Walpole)(FULL)

Join Norfolk Aggie students and their teacher to learn about what it takes to care for a small pet. We will cover rodents, birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians. You will get a chance to handle several animals and discuss care, diets, handling, grooming and veterinary care for all species. Some of the species at the school are mice, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets chinchillas, hedgehogs, rabbits, turtles, frogs, lizards, and several species of bird. You will determine if an animal should see a veterinarian, handle thermometers and stethoscopes and more!
