Thank you for your recommendation. The Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEM) is currently accepting applications for the 2013 GSEM Scholarship. Two scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded to two graduating senior Girl Scouts in recognition of leadership, community engagement, and personal commitment to the Girl Scouts mission. The Scholarship Committee seeks applicants who are motivated to make the world a better place by actively demonstrating courage, confidence, and character. The scholarship is to be used towards post-high school study. A complete online application and two letters of reference (one from school and one from the community) are due Friday, March 1 at 4 p.m. All application materials are due by the deadline for scholarship consideration.
