Request for Troop Bank Account

Use this form to request a letter authorizing you to open a troop checking account.

To Open a Troop Bank Account:

You will need to have a least 2 non-related registered and background checked (CORI) adults who will be signers for the troop checking account.
Select the bank and branch location that you will use. We recommend checking out your local banks and credit unions and inquiring about a free checking account for non-profit organizations/your Girl Scout troop.
Go to www.girlscoutseasternmass.org/webforms/troop-banking.html to send your information and account request to GSEM. For questions, contact troopaccounts@girlscoutseasternmass.org.
Once GSEM receives your information and verifies your membership, a signed letter will be e-mailed to the first signer to authorize opening an account. Please note that the normal processing time for an authorization letter to be sent is about 2 weeks from receiving your request.
